Delivery & Returns
UK delivery is via Royal Mail. Delivery services avaliable are 1st and 2nd class, Signed and Special delivery within the UK unless otherwise stated.
Standard 1st Class postage and package is £3.70
We currently dispatch overseas for a standard charge of £5 per tee & £4 per bag. We are looking to expand our areas of dispatch.
Elsewhere, please contact us if you are overseas and would like to purchase from Kima's Luv.
Subject to stock availability, we aim to print and dispatch Products ordered between 5-7 days.
Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed, although we make every reasonable effort to deliver Products by any quoted delivery date.
You must return the Product(s) to us immediately at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the Product(s) and that they are not damaged in transit.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you are not at the delivery address and no one else is available, a card will be left informing you of how to arrange collection or redelivery of your order if available.
Do you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your place of employment but we need you to contact us by email immediately after your have made your transaction to supply us with the address for security purposes.
Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
I have received a faulty item!
If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact us via email.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.

An item is missing from my order
Regrettably mistakes can happen. Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so please first of all check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our customer us.
